About Us

Rich Joyce Sr. began working for Stair-Pak Products as a stair-builder in 1971. In 1998 while serving the company as General Manager, Rich Sr. was offered the opportunity to purchase the company. Rich Sr. seized the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream. Since 1998 Stair-Pak Products has been owned and operated by the Joyce Family. As President of Stair-Pak, Rich Joyce Sr. still spends his time everyday in the factory to insure the quality and craftsmanship meet his high standards.

Stair-Pak Products is a member of the Pennsylvania Builders Association. We are also registered home improvement contractors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
