1. Minimum clear walking path 26".
2. 7.5" minimum run 12" out from
the narrow end of the tread.
3. Minimum headroom of 78"
measuring plumb from edge of platform.
4. Maximum rise of 9.5".
5. Stairway has one handrail
on wide edge of the tread.
6. The handrail will have a minimum height
of 34" when measured above the nosing.
7. Balusters will have spacing so that a 4"
sphere cannot pass between the balusters.
8. Balcony railings will be 36" or above.
